Soworker helps to spread messages to an entire communities of peers, ambassadors or volunteers with just one click. The company was founded in 2017 by Martijn Rademakers and Patrick Veling in order to support organizations by sharing their stories. Their clients might have a content strategy in place, but may not have the knowledge on how to spread their message to the relevant audience. Soworker’s Employee Advocacy Platform uses the power of social media to reach brand ambassadors and volunteers.
Soworker asked DDK to design a folder to communicate their core message to new clients. At this time, Soworker had a logo but didn’t have a corporate identity. This was a great opportunity to propose a matching style for the folder. The briefing included a straight-forward business look with a twist.
Starting with the logo, I used the existing corporate color, blue, and combined it with an eye-catching complementary orange. To bring more life into the original photographic material, I added movement by brightening up the photos and adding a color banner. Instead of overloading the folder with text, I presented the key benefits of the Soworker platform as an appealing infographic.
The A5 folder had a print run of 1500. It was shared with existing and new customers to demonstrate the benefits to employees and companies. The new folder communicated a clear overview to new users of the platform, including relevant background information and the key benefits.
